Final Check-In – THE SHRED ZONE 🔥
That’s a wrap on the 4 weeks! 🔥 First of all, really well done to everyone who committed to this and saw it through. Showing up consistently for 4 weeks is no small thing, and that’s what sets this apart. You’ve all put in the work, followed a structure, and proven to yourselves that you can stay consistent when things are clear and repeatable. Take a moment to actually acknowledge that. Final Check-In - 🗓️ Now is the time to reflect and get the most out of what you’ve just done. Take a few minutes and drop your answers below: 1. What changes have you noticed in your physique? 2. How has your energy, focus, and day-to-day routine improved? 3. What part of the structure did you find easiest to stay consistent with? 4. What challenged you the most, and how did you handle it? 5. How did you manage weekends, social events, or disruptions? 6. What did you learn about your habits, discipline, or mindset? 7. If you were to repeat this, what would you do differently? 8. What are your goals moving forward from here? There’s no right or wrong here, this is about understanding your own progress. Before & After Photos - 📸 If you’re comfortable, please feel free to post your before and after photos below. Try to keep them: • Same lighting • Same time of day • Same positioning These don’t need to be perfect, they’re there to show your progress and give you a clear comparison of what you’ve achieved. What Happens Next - ⏩ The goal was never just these 4 weeks. It’s about taking what you’ve built. The structure, the habits, the consistency, and continuing to move forward with it. Make sure you go through the “Transitioning Out of The Shred Zone” section in the Classroom so you have a clear next step. Ongoing Coaching Option - 🤝 If you’ve enjoyed the structure and want to keep building on your results, I’ll be offering an option to continue working together. THE SHRED ZONE 🔥 Week 4
Welcome everyone to the final week of THE SHRED ZONE! 🔥 🥳 The structure for week 4 is now available and in the Classroom! The biggest focus for this week will be to use all that you’ve learnt for this final week and try to perfect the execution. This is the final push for the challenge so we want to make it a strong one. No alcohol, no “cheating”, no skipping, just had work for the final 7 days 😎 We will do a group check in tomorrow (same structure as last week) and have a read of the reflection questions at the end of week 3 and post your answer to the discussions page 🙏🏽
