This Friday the focus will be on sales role-playing. We will walk through examples of how to do a 1-on-1 sales role-play and talk about how you can be part of a regular roleplaying group. One-on-one sales role-playing offers several benefits, including: tailored feedback, focused skill development, increased confidence, the ability to practice specific scenarios, better understanding of customer needs, improved ability to handle objections, and the chance to experiment with different sales techniques in a safe environment; all while allowing the salesperson to receive personalized guidance from their trainer or coach. This will be one of the most useful hours you can spend!

When is the best time to make a sale? Just after you have made a sale. The customer is in a buying mood. They have chosen you which means they trust your business. By adding to the initial sale, you increase the customer's overall value to your business without incurring additional costs of acquiring a new customer. After a successful purchase, customer's are likely feeling satisfied, excited, or relieved. What do most people do after making a sale? They stop to celebrate. You can go on to make another sale or more and you will really have something to celebrate. Always follow an achievement with a new challenge. The purpose of life is to evolve rather than to settle. A fresh challenge can lead to more success rather than complacency or boredom. People thrive on progress rather than static comfort. Following an achievement with a new challenge is about becoming more rather than just doing more.
