Grievances: The Hidden Saboteurs of Team Trust + a Somatic Reset Practice
In A Course in Miracles, a grievance is defined as any thought that blocks your awareness of love. Not just dramatic betrayals or blowups—but even the most subtle irritations and “harmless” judgments. In teams, these look like: - Withholding appreciation because someone missed a deadline - Avoiding a difficult conversation because “they should know better” - Rolling your eyes (internally or externally) when someone shares a new idea - Staying silent in meetings, not out of respect, but from passive resentment Each of these creates invisible barriers. Not just between people—but within you. Grievances fracture: - Psychological safety - Creativity - Vulnerability-based trust - Co-regulation - Authentic collaboration 💡 Grievances don’t just block love—they block flow. They freeze energy in your nervous system, and in your organizational field. So - if you are willing, let's go into the body and investigate with curiosity what is ready to shift. 💠 Somatic Practice: Releasing the Unspoken 1. Ground: Sit with your feet flat on the ground. Breathe slowly and gently.Bring your awareness into your body. 2. Locate: Call to mind a recent team dynamic that felt off. Not necessarily dramatic—just where energy felt stuck. Where do you feel that in your body? Tight chest? Locked jaw? Flushed face? 3. Witness without Judgment: Place your hand over that area and say: “I acknowledge this sensation. I let go of the need to defend or be right. I choose presence.” 4. Breath Pattern: Inhale through the nose for a count of 4, retain for a count of 4, exhale out the mouth for a count of 6. Repeat this cycle 5 times. On each exhale, imagine the charge of that grievance dissolving into the earth. Allowing yourself to sit in the stillness for a moment. ...And then, inviting to take out your journal or your voice memos and reflect with this questions: - What’s one small irritation I’ve been carrying toward a teammate, collaborator, or myself? - What story have I made up about this person/situation? - If I viewed this through the eyes of love, what would I see instead? - What is this grievance blocking me from receiving? - What would I be free to express, offer, or create if I released it?

💫 I Am No Longer Here to Prove — I Am Here to Live
Dear Beautiful Souls, Something deep clicked open this week. A quiet but powerful shift. For so long, I’ve unconsciously believed that if I didn’t plan it all out perfectly, if I didn’t know how every offering would land or how the path would unfold — then maybe I wasn’t ready. Maybe I wasn’t “tapped in” enough. Maybe I was still just nibbling on mouse scraps of my own brilliance. But Spirit has been clear: I don’t have to prove I’m ready. I just have to live as if I already am. So I’m letting go… 🕊️ Letting go of the need to control every step of the journey. 🕊️ Letting go of the idea that intuitive readings must be perfectly packaged before I share them. 🕊️ Letting go of the ancestral belief that my presence is a burden. Instead, I’m choosing… ✨ To trust that everything for the Camino is being provided — energetically, financially, spiritually. ✨ To let the clearing of my field be my preparation. ✨ To share my gifts now, not later — because the resonance is already there. ✨ To move forward without needing proof that it’s “working.” Because I don’t need certainty to know I am safe. I don’t need applause to know I am aligned. I don’t need to hustle to be holy. This is my devotion. This is my return to truth. If this resonates with something stirring in your own journey, I invite you to sit with this reflection: Where is Spirit inviting you to claim more — not to prove, but to live? Drop into the comments if you feel moved to name what you’re releasing… or what you’re claiming in its place. Let’s be witnessed in this rising. With reverence, Leilani 🤍

Your Mind is the First Boardroom — What Are You Projecting?
Let’s talk about something most leadership books don’t address:The way we weaponize our own thoughts. You’ve likely heard:“Each thought you think is projected onto a mirror — the mirror of your mind — which then manifests into this sense of reality, this dream, within this illusion. Each thought of vengeance is, first and foremost, against yourself.” - A Year of Love In professional spaces, vengeance doesn’t always look loud. It sounds like: - “I should have done more.” - “Why can’t I figure this out?” - “They don’t value me because I’m not doing enough.” - “I have to hold it all together.” These are mental micro-aggressions toward the self. And when left unchallenged, they quietly project onto your team, your family, your body. 🌀 The mind that holds itself hostage will lead from survival, not sovereignty. So here’s your leadership challenge this week: 💡 Notice where your inner dialogue is harsh, hurried, or heavy. 💡 Ask yourself, “Would I speak this way to someone I mentor?” 💡 Choose again. Lead differently — from within. Because the next evolution of leadership is not more performance; it’s deeper presence. It’s a clean, clear, compassionate mind. 💬 Drop a 🔥 if you’re ready to lead from a liberated mirror. With reverence for your path, Leilani🤍
Today’s Practice: Surrendering the Story
Beloved Sage Leaders, Today I’m leaning into this affirmation:“I surrender my stories. I surrender my need to know. I rest in Love, where all things are gently and perfectly revealed.” As I sit with Lesson 25 from A Course in Miracles — “I do not know what anything is for”— I’m noticing all the places where I’ve been trying to figure things out, control outcomes, or apply meaning. It’s humbling — and liberating — to admit: I don’t have to know. I don’t have to fix. I don’t have to carry it all alone. 💛 Reflection invitation for you today: Where are you gripping, planning, or forcing something in your life right now? What would it feel like to soften into “I do not know what this is for” — and trust that Love is gently holding it for you? Share in the comments if you feel called — I would love to witness what’s unfolding in your journey. 🌸

We honor vulnerability. We celebrate breakthroughs. We walk each other home.
