The power of gratitude
There’s lots of neuroscience behind a gratitude practice. It helps with stress, sleep and your leadership abilities. It makes it easier to rewire other patterns too.
I use a “Some lines a day” 5 year journal to write down what I’m grateful for every day. I’m grateful to my past self for setting me up for success. I’m grateful for our military and first responders. I’m grateful for a conversation that I had that changed my perspective.
Do you have a gratitude practice?
