Secondary Marketing
Most people think marketing starts with posting content, running ads, or building a website. That’s actually secondary marketing, and it only works well when it’s done in the right order. Secondary marketing is what you do after you understand your audience. Once you know who you’re talking to and what they care about, this is how you start showing up in front of more people. It shows up as things like content, emails, websites, partnerships, or even ads. The difference is that you’re no longer guessing what to say. Your message is shaped by real conversations and real problems your audience shared with you. To implement secondary marketing, you don’t need to do everything at once. Start by choosing one place where your audience already spends time. Then use what you learned from your research to talk about their challenges, explain how you help, and guide them toward a clear next step. When secondary marketing is done right, things start to feel easier. People understand what you do faster, your content feels more relevant, trust builds quicker, and growth becomes more consistent instead of random. If you’re unsure where to start or how to apply this to your business, drop a comment, happy to help.
🚀 Quick Update + What’s Next
Hey everyone 👋 It’s been a minute since I’ve posted in here, so I just wanted to drop in with a quick update. The past couple weeks I’ve been focused on sharpening systems, getting better at balancing everything, and just making sure each area I’m working on is moving forward — not just the busy work, but the things that actually build momentum. I’ve learned a lot lately about slowing down to refocus on consistency rather than trying to do everything at once. When you get clear again on what really matters, things start falling back into place. Anyway, I’ve got a few new things I’m working on behind the scenes that I’ll be sharing soon. For now, I’d love to hear — 👉 What’s one thing you’ve been working on or improving lately?

We back! Just wanna let you all know what’s been going on lately
I started another business. What is it? You may ask. Let me tell you… Christmas light installation. First full week of doing it already did $4000+ in jobs. Next week we already have a big $2500 job booked and working on a big commercial job which will be $5400. Those are all big numbers, yes. But that is only part of it. We wouldn’t be able to get jobs like that right off the start without having the correct advertising and systems to back it up. If you run a service business already and you’re looking for something to hold you over in the winter time, I highly recommend Christmas light installation. Let me know if you need any help.

Why Most Detailers Stay Stuck at “Side Hustle” Level
It’s rarely about skill. The detailers who grow are the ones who nail three things: Positioning → not “cheap wash,” but “vehicle preservation expert.” Branding → clients trust stories, not just shiny bonnets. Systems → one-offs burn you out, retainers build freedom. Detailing is a business first, craft second. Play it that way and the game changes. Where do you struggle most right now, getting clients, charging more, or keeping them coming back?

Service owners: want a $5/day ad that actually books jobs? I’ve been testing a super simple 30–60s video ad flow with local service businesses. Quick examples (real clients, examples shown; results vary): - $60 ad spend → $850 job in 5 days (detailer) - ~$400 ad spend → ~$6k collected in 2 weeks (pressure washing) How it works (no fluff): 1. You record a quick 30–60s video (I send the offer + hook + script). 2. I build the ad, launch, and optimize daily. 3. You reply to DMs (I give the reply templates). 4. If you don’t book a job in 14 days, your next month is free (you post the video, spend $5–$10/day, and reply to leads). Two ways to start: - Done-For-You Management – $500 upfront, then $300/mo (you film; I do the rest). - 2-Day Accelerator – $1,500 one-time: I map your offer, write scripts, build 2–3 ads with you, give the DM playbook—you run it after.
