We don’t treat all back pain the same because not all back pain is created equal. Even if two people have the same diagnosis — sciatica, stenosis, herniated disc, spondy, scoliosis, degeneration — their movement patterns can be completely different.
That’s why BYB focuses on 3 things:

  2. Train according to your body type
  3. Build spine-friendly habits for real life - Because back pain recovery is not just what you do on the mat. It’s how you sit, stand, walk, sleep, wash dishes, lift things, travel, and move through your actual life.
