Hey there team, Today I was on a masterclass for negotiating. It was with my coach Tony who is the GOAT of negotiating property. I learnt so much from him years ago and was happily using his techniques and then I lost the muscle. So great to be reminded of what works when talking price and project. There's so much that I'm going to add into our playbook so you can utilise this also. It's part psychology and part communication and loads of confidence.
