I did a recent presentation on Variations on your contracts.💥 It's a dry topic and there's some key points to remember. The presentation was to contract administrators from the perspective of a homeowner and owner builder. I thought it was relevant to this community and so I'm uploading it to our classroom for future discussion. Key messages are... you will have variations... it's a key part of building and not a reflection on poor planning or scoping. Too much variation is another issue for another day. Keep a balance and keep in control. 🚩
