Building Iron Coffee hour is happening in 7 days
Changes need to be made.
I have recently realized that I need better friends. The ones I have are truly not real friends. They make fun of me for everything I do because I am not 'like them'. They make fun of my TikTok videos, they harass me for not drinking, (I recently turned 18 and have refused all offers) they just love to tear me down because I'm better than them. This needs to change, and it is changing now. Most may know me of Ryan's older brother, which I am. My name is Oliver, and I am coming on here to be apart of something I need, a better and more supportive circle. I circle that is determined and hard working like me. A circle that have the same good habits of going to bed early to raise early. One that delays gratification to build something meaningful now and will celebrate later in life. I truly believe this change will help me become a better person, not only by getting advice from like minded people, but also giving advice to you guys.

NEW YEARS!!!!
Alright guys it is new years eve, so what are some goals/habits you are going to stick to this year? I'll go first: Read 20 pages a day of a book Daily workout (Run, Weights) Daily reflection (Meditation, Journaling, Walk) Post a daily piece of content Make it simple yet slightly hard, I can't wait to see them!!

Proof Consistency works
so I often tell you guys that if you stay consistent then you'll improve and that makes sense but here is some actual proof of that. On Monday when we got back, I ran 5 kilometres, and it was brutal. I was pretty much wheezing the whole time and it was tough. today I ran 10 kilometres and I was back to a pretty normal breath while running pretty much, and by Monday I will run another half marathon. Keep it up guys, I see the work you guys are doing and I am very proud of you guys 👊📈

Proof Consistency works
Do the work even when you are tired.
Today we have 18+ hours on planes and in airports but we get home at about 3pm so the plan is to still go to the gym and for a run. I will update this to what I actually do. Layover 4Hrs in Vancouver Spent mostly on deep/shallow work Got home, unpacked then ran 5.53KM Uploaded short currently working on yt long
