NEW YEARS!!!!
Alright guys it is new years eve, so what are some goals/habits you are going to stick to this year? I'll go
first:
Read 20 pages a day of a book
Daily workout (Run, Weights)
Daily reflection (Meditation, Journaling, Walk)
Post a daily piece of content
Make it simple yet slightly hard, I can't wait to see them!!
