I stepped back from posting here for a few months to go heads-down on something I believe is the biggest shift in how operators build businesses right now: Agentic AI. Here's what I want to share with this community upfront: What agentic AI actually means (and why it's different) Most people are using AI reactively — you type a prompt, you get output. Agents flip that. You define a goal, set guardrails, and the agent plans and executes the steps autonomously. This isn't a chatbot. It's closer to a junior operator who doesn't need hand-holding. What I've been running in production: Claude Code — Anthropic's terminal-native agent. I'm using it to build, iterate, and deploy internal tools faster than any team I've ever managed.
