Ai has changed the game for me and my businesses...
👋 Welcome to Build & Scale — here's who I am, what I teach, and exactly how we do it. I barely graduated high school. Not because I wasn't smart — I just didn't fit the mold. So I joined the Navy, figured I'd see the world. What I didn't expect was that the discipline I built there would become the foundation for everything that came after. After the Navy, I got recruited into corporate America. Landed at GE during the Jack Welch era. I had a front-row seat to how world-class conglomerates operate: systems, performance, capital allocation, leadership at scale. I absorbed all of it. Then I left and tried to build something of my own. Failed. Built again. Failed differently. Built again — and this time it worked. That cycle eventually turned into an 8-figure exit. After the exit, I started investing — startups, growth-stage companies, PE-backed businesses. The answer always came back to the same thing: leverage. Using technology to multiply what a small team can do. Today I run Leedly, an AI marketing and implementation consultancy. I help clients, partner companies, and portfolio businesses use AI to build real competitive advantage. Not hype. Infrastructure. What we actually teach here: 🏗 Digital foundation — Proper website structure, SEO, GBP optimization, and social profile architecture that gets you found — by Google and by AI. 📣 Content & promotion — Free and low-cost strategies that create omnipresence. YouTube, email, social, and retargeting — all working as one flywheel. 🎙 AI content in your voice — How to train AI on your actual ideas and style so output sounds like you, not a robot. Plus using AI to validate business ideas before you spend a dollar building them. 📁 AI architecture — We don't buy $99/month wrappers around ChatGPT. We teach you to build your own folder structures and custom agents so you own the infrastructure. 🤖 Agent orchestration — How to set up a Chief of Staff agent that manages sub-agents, each one executing specific tasks inside your business — 24/7, without you as the bottleneck.

Build & Scale is officially back and I'm bringing receipts.
I stepped back from posting here for a few months to go heads-down on something I believe is the biggest shift in how operators build businesses right now: Agentic AI. And not in theory, in production. Here's what I want to share with this community upfront: What agentic AI actually means (and why it's different) Most people are using AI reactively — you type a prompt, you get output. Agents flip that. You define a goal, set guardrails, and the agent plans and executes the steps autonomously. This isn't a chatbot. It's closer to a junior operator who doesn't need hand-holding. What I've been running in production: Claude Code — Anthropic's terminal-native agent. I'm using it to build, iterate, and deploy internal tools faster than any team I've ever managed. No-code is dead. Claude Code is the new no-code — and you don't need a technical background to use it. OpenClaw — An agent orchestration layer that lets you chain multi-step agentic workflows. The real power kicks in when agents hand off tasks to other agents. That's where the leverage lives. The operator-level insight most people miss: The constraint isn't the AI. It's your ability to architect systems for the AI to run inside. The founders winning right now aren't just using better tools. They're thinking in delegation frameworks and not just prompts. What's coming to this community: ✅ Live breakdowns of my actual agentic workflows ✅ Claude Code walkthroughs built for non-technical operators ✅ Case studies from real Leedly client deployments ✅ Guest experts deploying this at scale Big announcement: AI Agents Conference — May 28–29 | Austin, TX I'm hosting a 2-day in-person event for founders who want to go beyond "I use AI tools" and actually run AI-native operations. We'll cover agentic architecture, Claude Code, live builds, and the full operator playbook I've been developing these last several months. Community members get first access and the best pricing — before it opens publicly. Comment "AUSTIN" below and I'll send you the details directly.
