Ai has changed the game for me and my businesses...
👋 Welcome to Build & Scale — here's who I am, what I teach, and exactly how we do it.
I barely graduated high school. Not because I wasn't smart — I just didn't fit the mold. So I joined the Navy, figured I'd see the world. What I didn't expect was that the discipline I built there would become the foundation for everything that came after.
After the Navy, I got recruited into corporate America. Landed at GE during the Jack Welch era. I had a front-row seat to how world-class conglomerates operate: systems, performance, capital allocation, leadership at scale. I absorbed all of it.
Then I left and tried to build something of my own. Failed. Built again. Failed differently. Built again — and this time it worked. That cycle eventually turned into an 8-figure exit.
After the exit, I started investing — startups, growth-stage companies, PE-backed businesses. The answer always came back to the same thing: leverage. Using technology to multiply what a small team can do.
Today I run Leedly, an AI marketing and implementation consultancy. I help clients, partner companies, and portfolio businesses use AI to build real competitive advantage. Not hype. Infrastructure.
