Hey boys, I know its been a while since I have done a post. But I wanted to drop some advice for you boys. So whenever you have zero motivation to do anything, just read this out loud. "No one is going to get me out of bed, no one is going to do the hard work for me, no one is going to buy me a Ferrari, no one is going to get me a wife, no is going to retire my parents, and just imagine the face your kids are going to have when they see that there father is a loser" Whenever I hear this sentence, it pisses me off and fuels me with energy to get up and work fucken hard. This path we are on is not easy; it's a maze, and we must find our way out. Keep your head up and keep pushing forward, and work hard. Best of luck to you fellas!💪

Heys boys hope you are all doing well. So recently I started my dopamine detox for 2 weeks because I am trying to become more disciplined and become more competent. The rules for this dopamine detox are, no social media delete it, phone on grey scale, no texting girls, no sugar, no video games, no po**. This may seem hard to some of you but trust me there are so much benfits you recieve when you complete this dopamine detox. Recently I have been playing less video games, watching less Netflix and You tube and scrolling less. But I still haven't really been more productive, and that's because I try to replace that cheap dopamine with literally anything else. When I try to go on Skool to be productive I sometimes end up scrolling communities and comments just to get the scrolling feeling. Nothing really has changed, and I want to know how to defeat this feeling entirely. How do I do this?
