Dopamine Detox Season
Heys boys hope you are all doing well. So recently I started my dopamine detox for 2 weeks because I am trying to become more disciplined and become more competent. The rules for this dopamine detox are, no social media delete it, phone on grey scale, no texting girls, no sugar, no video games, no po**. This may seem hard to some of you but trust me there are so much benfits you recieve when you complete this dopamine detox. If you guys are up to the challenge and want to also start this dopamine detox with me. Comment am in, lets see who is really locked in.

Recently I have been playing less video games, watching less Netflix and You tube and scrolling less. But I still haven't really been more productive, and that's because I try to replace that cheap dopamine with literally anything else. When I try to go on Skool to be productive I sometimes end up scrolling communities and comments just to get the scrolling feeling. Nothing really has changed, and I want to know how to defeat this feeling entirely. How do I do this?

Reflecting on this year 2025
Boys hope you are all having wonderful new year and are enjoying quality time with family. This morning I took 1-2hrs to journal and reflect on this year. I journaled about the good and bad things that happened this year. I am challenging you boys to do the same. Let’s see who is really serious about leveling and actually wanting to see growth for the new year. Here are some questions you fellas should ask yourself. 👉 What habits helped you grow and what habits held you back? 👉 Who or what drained my energy the most and why did I follow it? 👉 What am I most proud of that no one else sees? 👉 What fear stopped me from going all in? 👉 Did I stay consistent and disciplined with my goals? If not what prevented you? 👉 Why are you working so hard? So what you want to achieve? Ask yourself these questions and journal about them and reflect. I promise you if you do this you will feel so much more prepared for the new year and be ready to conquer and win. Remember purpose gives your hard work and pain meaning. Follow your purpose always and give all glory to God for everything in your life. Stay disciplined, stay sharp, and give thanks to God for everything. Much love boys💪❤️

Are you staying disciplined? In the holiday season?🎄🏋️
Hey guys, I hope you all are having a good holiday and spending time with some family and enjoying yourself. I just want to remind you guys that even tho we are in the holiday season, you should remember your goals and the person you want to become in 2026. Now you may be asking yourself, "Okay Oscar, how do I still manage to remind myself about the person I want to become during the holiday season?" It's simple, you just need to understand consistency. Consistency is what matters, especially during this holiday season, were many slack off and forget completely about their goals. Not you tho, you're in this community because you want to make a change. And I am here to tell you that change is possible; you just need discipline and consistency. That's why I made this community, because I want to drill that into you guys. I want you guys to understand that if you want to get anywhere in life, and actually get good at something. You need consistency, and consistency requires a lot of discipline and resiliency. That's why I want to remind you guys that even tho we are in the holiday season, you must continue to do all the good habits that you are doing rn. Ex. Meditating, journaling, reading, socializing, gym/exercising, eating healthy, smiling, less on social media, giving all glory to God. Just remember this moving forward, guys, because in 2026 things are going to start getting real. 2026 is where change is going to occur, and if you stay consistent and disciplined to your goals, you'll see massive change, and you'll be 1 step closer to where you want to be. So just stay consistent, stay disciplined, and trust in God's plan, and you will be good to go. "Success is not always about greatness. It's about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come." Have a blessed day, guys. Much love-Oscar
