The Power of Positivity
There is a book called "The Power of Positivity" it has a religious backing in it. Most of psychology is based off of religion, same with civilization so if you're not religious don't let that stop you, but it helps. I have been through a lot in my life and without getting into detail, positivity has paid off. I leave my brothers with this, you can wake up in the morning and choose to be happy or not despite any circumstance. Which do you prefer? The answer might dictate how your day goes.

This is a book I’d highly recommend. We can all use a good dose of unfuc*king ourselves sometimes. I’ve read this book multiple times and it’s been so helpful. If you have not read it DO It lol then drop what resonates with you. If you’ve already read it, what did you love most?
