- Integrations
- (Eventually managing your own technical team as we scale)
What I handle:
- Lead generation
- Closing deals
- Scoping requirements for you to build
The structure: We start at the company level, not enterprise so we can learn the business together and figure out what works. Once we've got the model down, we scale.
Looking for: Someone who's technical, entrepreneurial, and wants real ownership (not just another contract gig).
