We are almost half way through the year... How has the first few months been?? Have you been working on any major breakthroughs, or had any big wins I have worked on my breath retentions and co2 tolerance, and have noticed a definite shift in my current stress levels. More tolerant of my situation and more capacity moving forward What about you?

Hi Everyone Just to say I’m really looking forward to seeing some of you at 8pm tonight for our online session. Just a couple of notes for those of you joining: Where to be: Sofa, bed or a thick mat on the floor - aim for maximum comfort! We will be horizontal for the length of the session. What to have: Duvet, Blanket, Eyemask, Headphones, fluffy socks, hot water bottle?! - aim for max warmth and great sound! What to wear: Literally doesn’t matter as long as you are really comfortable and you can breeeeeeaaaathe :) Be somewhere quiet where you can’t be disturbed and remember to pop your device on DND so you aren’t distracted during the session.
