Your Breath Hub, Your Choice
Hi everyone Thank you so much to those of you who’ve already signed up to the Breath Hub community it’s SO lovely to have you here :) My intention with this space is to share short Breathwork experiences for free to help you shift your state and give you practical tools to help you navigate life. There will also be longer 60 min Breathwork journeys available through the app; these can either be purchased directly, or unlocked as you move up through the levels in the app. (The way that works is the more you interact, like, comment, or share - the more points you gain, and each level corresponds to a set number of points.) If you’d rather not interact much, that’s totally fine too, you can still access the longer experiences by purchasing them to keep. This week I’m recording a new 15 min state change session for CALM. But this is YOUR community YOUR Breath Hub and so I would love to hear from you about what would be most supportive for you right now? Whether that be one for stress relief, better sleep, focus and attention….
