To do vs. To Be List
We all have a To-Do List. Emails. Meetings. Work. Family. Errands. The next thing. Then the next. But when was the last time you made a To-Be List? To breathe. To slow down. To notice. To feel. To simply be. The truth is, busyness can become one of the most socially accepted forms of avoidance. We celebrate being productive, but rarely stop to ask what we're trying so hard to outrun. I know because I lived that way for years. Sometimes a packed schedule isn't just about getting shit done. Sometimes it's about never having to sit quietly long enough to hear what's happening underneath. That's why the heart of this community isn't another course or another thing to consume. It's our LIVE guided sessions. A dedicated space where you don't have to perform, achieve, or fix anything. You simply show up. You breathe. You reconnect with yourself. Because the greatest transformation doesn't always happen in the doing. It happens in the being. Maybe today, alongside your To-Do List, it's time to write a To-Be List too.
Breathwork Tonight
Hey everyone. Looking forward to Breathwork this evening at 8pm. For best practice. Set up your quiet space. No distraction. Laying down is ideal. You can sit if you have practiced this way. No expectations. Just be present with your breath. When the mind wanders, see it then give full focus back to your breath. Also listen to your body. These practices are designed for you to go up or down in intensity, we will have an arced practice tonight where we begin slow, move into more activating breath, and then slow things down into a guided meditation. I will be on 5 minutes before the call starts to go over the technique with new folks. Also can ask questions if your in need of clarification. See you tonight. Much love. Jordan
