Hey everyone.
Looking forward to Breathwork this evening at 8pm. For best practice. Set up your quiet space. No distraction. Laying down is ideal. You can sit if you have practiced this way.
No expectations. Just be present with your breath. When the mind wanders, see it then give full focus back to your breath.
Also listen to your body. These practices are designed for you to go up or down in intensity, we will have an arced practice tonight where we begin slow, move into more activating breath, and then slow things down into a guided meditation.
I will be on 5 minutes before the call starts to go over the technique with new folks. Also can ask questions if your in need of clarification.
