What morning habits/rituals do you have for yourself? Is there something you have learned about yourself that you have found to be important to prioritize in the morning? I’ve found the create a more refined energetic and emotional baseline for my day. Giving me a foundation or grounding point to move from rooted in my authenticity and how I want to show up for the world. I find when I skip my rituals I can be easily swayed to behave or show up in ways that are not aligned with the highest version of me. Mine are water and minerals right a way when I wake, a step outside with some breaths of fresh air, some light movement or a walk outside in the first hour of waking, and 20-30 minutes of breathing and meditation.
