Weekly Live BreathJourney is happening in 3 days
Weekly check in question…
We’re going back to the basics. Our practice this week is noticing your breath. Throughout your day, I invite you to just notice your breath. Begin this practice at set times if that’s helpful for you. Maybe set an alarm on you phone for 8am, 12pm, 8pm. Check in and notice how your breath feels in your body. Most people never notice how they breathe. For most of my life, that was me too. I breathed the way most modern humans do — shallow, fast, restricted, and reactive. No matter where I was or what I was doing I was in the same loop. Whether I was relaxing, or hiking or mountain biking... All the time it was constricted, breathing into my chest, my neck. What I didn't realize is that beneath this nervous system response, I was running in overdrive. Running from myself and calling it normal. Breathwork changed that for me. It surely wasn't changed overnight. But slowly, steadily, and quietly, my breath became the trail back to myself. Small adjustments created massive shifts. When I started to notice my breath I could notice where and how I was gripping. This month we're going back to foundation. Because the breath can be transformational — but we have to practice the basics before we move into advanced techniques. This week's question: When you notice your breath, what attributes come to mind for you? This can be emotions, physical attributes, or something else.

Morning Rituals
What morning habits/rituals do you have for yourself? Is there something you have learned about yourself that you have found to be important to prioritize in the morning? I’ve found the create a more refined energetic and emotional baseline for my day. Giving me a foundation or grounding point to move from rooted in my authenticity and how I want to show up for the world. I find when I skip my rituals I can be easily swayed to behave or show up in ways that are not aligned with the highest version of me. Mine are water and minerals right a way when I wake, a step outside with some breaths of fresh air, some light movement or a walk outside in the first hour of waking, and 20-30 minutes of breathing and meditation. Do you have morning practices? If so how do they support you in your life? Please take the poll and share your rituals. 🙏❤️

Your breath is either running your life… or you are.
Most people are breathing… but not many are using their breath. Same breath—two realities: Unconscious breathing → stress, tension, survival mode Intentional breathing → calm, clarity, control Your breath is constantly signaling your nervous system. It’s either telling your body “we’re not safe”… or “you can relax now.” So if your breath can create stress… it can also release it. Simple. Powerful. Overlooked. Are you breathing in a way that’s keeping you stuck… or setting you free? Let us know it the comments 🧘🏼‍♂️
