Amplifying The Money Energy
At the moment I am working with a lovely girl on attracting financial energy into her life: meditations, affirmations, Reiki sessions and a lot more. But the key is inner readiness to receive, spend, earn, and expand financial potential. It took me years to understand this. My first experience with big money and intense fears was in 1992. The company we co-founded with my husband was growing rapidly, but my personal money kept slipping away: • On impulsive purchases to maintain status. • On loans to friends who never repaid them. On million other things which were just there and I could afford them. The more I earned, the faster money disappeared. Back then, I didn’t realize the most important truth: money stays only with those who are ready to receive it. What is Financial Capacity? Everyone has an internal limit—the amount of money they can receive without feeling fear, guilt, or shame. If income exceeds this limit, the subconscious starts sabotaging, and money disappears. That’s exactly what happened to me. I was earning, but I didn’t know how to hold onto money because, deep down, I wasn’t ready for it. I studied financial psychology—how our beliefs and fears shape money habits. Through family constellations, discovered how parental patterns were influencing my relationship with money: My mother always taught me to live modestly, save money, and spend carefully. What I’ve Learned over the years: • Money is not just about earning—it’s about being ready to have it. • To increase income, we need to grow as a persons -build confidence, take on responsibility, and so on. Where to Start? ⚡️ Recall what was said about money in your family. 👀 What phrases still echo in your mind? 🎉 Imagine earning 10 times more—how does that feel? If it’s uncomfortable, your beliefs may need to shift. 🙏 Practice gratitude for what you already have. Keeping a gratitude journal is one of the best ways to open yourself to more. Each of us is capable of having far more money than we think.
Best energy practice HARA
The term HARÁ holds deep significance. It embodies the concept of a personal true center both physical and spiritual and is an essential part of various Japanese spiritual practices including Reiki. Hara is often associated with qualities such as mindfulness, courage, true intention, and authentic self. In traditional Japanese teachings, the hara system is key to cultivating a person’s life energy. The hara is considered the central axis of the body, and developing the lower hara plays a crucial role in creating inner unity and harmony. Understanding and developing the hara in Reiki practice means recognizing it as the center of a person’s true nature and the foundation for spiritual and physical well-being.

Best ever morning booster
Longevity, good health, and a stable mood require daily actions. They don’t happen overnight. In my opinion, there are no food supplements, plastic surgeries, or other quick-fix methods that can solve aging problems instantly. It takes consistent effort paying attention to what we eat, think, and how much we move every day. No quick recipes, no magic wands. Did you know that our bodies start aging as early as 25-30? Cells begin to die, and various biological processes related to aging start to activate. So, what can we do? Follow a routine. Every day, do something for your mental and physical health. As part of my morning routine, I prepare daily magic smoothie packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Try it out! I will be happy if you decide to make it part of your daily life too! My Magic Smoothie Recipe: 🌱 3-4 celery sticks 🍏 1 small green apple (or ½ of a large one) 🥒 ½ medium cucumber (peeled) 🫚 A small piece of fresh ginger root (peeled) 🍋 ½ lemon (deseeded and peeled) generous handful of fresh mint, parsley, or cilantro leaves 1 teaspoon of dried spirulina 🥛 ½ glass of water (or more for easier blending and drinking) Blend well and enjoy! Stay healthy and happy! 🙌 Oh, and before drinking it, I always enrich my smoothie with Reiki energy, as I do with any food or drink I consume. Infusing food with Reiki gives me more energy with every bite and helps clear any unwanted low energies from what I eat.
Chills in Reiki? Deep Healing!
Yesterday, we had an online Reiki session, and afterward, the person receiving Reiki shared her sensations. As usual, there were various bodily sensations, but one in particular raised a question: Why did the body suddenly feel very cold at one point? Actually, feeling cold during a Reiki session is quite common. It’s often understood as the body’s way of releasing built-up tension and stagnant energy. This release can create a cooling sensation as the body naturally rebalances itself. So, if you ever experience sudden coldness during a Reiki session, know that it’s simply part of the healing process—your body is letting go of what no longer serves it, making space for renewed energy and balance.

The hardest thing is letting go the need to control
Have you ever felt the weight of anger or judgment pulling you down, stealing your peace? When I am caught up in those thoughts, the following lines are there to help me balance and bounce back. Sharing them with you… “God, please free me from anger, hurt, and the need to judge or preach. Help me cherish what I have without clinging too tightly”. Use them - share how it worked on you :)
