First day out
So today was my first day out in the field by myself and I can honestly say it was tough. I set my standards for myself too high and that caused me to go through a roller coaster of emotions. Yes, as I shouldn’t have been I was result focused instead of growth and correction. I felt discouraged and frustrated with myself not realizing that it’s not always gonna happen how I want exactly on the first try. It takes trial and error to really learn and progress. Tmrw I will be a better day focusing on what I need to correct and work harder on. I know it’s not gonna be easy and I know I kinda let myself down today but it’s all part of the process to becoming better. Tmrw is a new day, let’s get it, no matter what!!!
Podcast
Im listening to this door to door podcast and its really informing me of some key point I’ll pick up on quickly. They talk about this one guy who was doing door to door sales but took off for 5 years and his first year back he got a Golden Door award Treating EVERY single person like they’re my customer already is what’s gonna help me out with having a better outcome. No prejudgment just action. Another think is having control, some people will give push back and may try to take over but no, it’s like you have to be driving the whole way through by using A.I.R factors and having great S.E.E. factors from the very beginning

The system never changes.
Recently I’ve switched campaigns from a corporate business to business campaign, to a residential one. New pitch, new product, new audience.. but I have so much confidence because the system never changes. No matter the product, the pitch, or the campaign, the system is the one constant that never changes. Markets shift, consumer behavior evolves, and offers get tweaked to stay competitive—but none of that replaces the foundation. The structure behind how leads are generated, how conversations are approached, how follow-ups are executed, and how deals are ultimately closed is what drives real, repeatable success. Too often, people chase the next “better” script or the newest campaign, thinking that’s the missing piece. In reality, inconsistency usually comes from a lack of adherence to a proven system, not the absence of a new one. A strong system creates predictability. It removes guesswork. It allows individuals and teams to perform at a high level regardless of outside variables. When you commit to the system—refining it, trusting it, and executing it with discipline—you stop riding the highs and lows of individual campaigns. Instead, you build momentum that compounds over time. Because in the end, campaigns come and go, but a well-built system is what turns effort into scalable, repeatable results.
My first week in the field
My first week in the field I feel like I am making much improvement each day!! The first day working in B2C with hello fresh, I realized that I would ask many questions back to back and not really leave space through the conversation for like more personal conversation so it kinda felt unnatural. The second day I’ve made changes and I got to get a little more personal and energetic with them. Using S.E.E. Factors really help me out with getting through the full pitch as well and I felt more confident. Day 3 I felt even better. I was ready to go, I analyzed everything I did wrong the first 2 days and I quickly made changes. I made people more comfortable with talking to me, got them to drop their shoulders and actually have them give me feedback and what they like. It just felt more natural and actually conversational I want to continue to learn and grow. With growth comes success!!
