My first week in the field

My first week in the field I feel like I am making much improvement each day!! The first day working in B2C with hello fresh, I realized that I would ask many questions back to back and not really leave space through the conversation for like more personal conversation so it kinda felt unnatural. The second day I’ve made changes and I got to get a little more personal and energetic with them. Using S.E.E. Factors really help me out with getting through the full pitch as well and I felt more confident. Day 3 I felt even better. I was ready to go, I analyzed everything I did wrong the first 2 days and I quickly made changes. I made people more comfortable with talking to me, got them to drop their shoulders and actually have them give me feedback and what they like. It just felt more natural and actually conversational

I want to continue to learn and grow. With growth comes success!!
