I've learned a lot in the last 6 months. I have learned to let go and trust in my team. 🤝 Just because some people can do something faster and better than me does not make me less valuable, it just means that I need to be showing up in different areas. 💡

I'm known for unlocking the true identity of our clients and helping them fully step into that persona so they can fucking execute. 🔓 Operations sounds technical but you can have an internal operational fix in identity just like you can in execution. Streamlining that awareness to your identity and then matching it with the strategy that aligns to create embodied and full on fucking transformation because you are now doing and owning the fucking thing….that is what I do. 💎
