I’m Clyde Cook, also known as The Real Estate Don. I’m building a real estate investing, deal analysis, AI tools, education, and local business marketing ecosystem. Hey everyone, I’m Clyde Cook, also known as The Real Estate Don. I’m building a real estate investing, wholesaling, deal-analysis, and AI marketing ecosystem that helps people stop guessing and start making smarter offers, creating better content, and building real opportunities. To me, leverage means using systems, strategy, relationships, and technology so everything does not depend on me manually pushing the rock uphill every day. The main thing I’m ready to unfuck is the bottleneck problem.
