Jab Your Life What The Heck Does that mean? Glad you asked! Boxing is filled with stress, pressure, anxiety, overstimulation, fear, doubt, worry, egos, traps, deception, consequences, pain, let downs, etc! BUT ONE THING IS VERY CLEAR! The universal principle you will find in any coach elite level fighter commentators and casual fans a like…will agree on this one Concept! THE JAB IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PUNCH IN BOXING!! The Jab is the easiest to use and closest to your opponent punch there is! Life is no different you don’t have to swing for fences or throw everything you have at something! Take care of the easiest and most right now(closest) thing you can do. This builds momentum which leads to understanding, which leads to solutions. A Jab looks like folding one piece of laundry rather then thinking about cleaning the whole house at one time. A Jab is walking 10 minutes rather then killing yourself to run a marathon today. It’s removing one thing out of your diet and replacing it with something good, rather than a drastic crash diet change. Focusing on the completion of one part of the project, and not doing the whole thing in one go Jab Life One Jab at A Time
