Our forefathers were real men.
Archeology experiment this morning. 50 lbs recurve, bamboo arrows with stone tips (Texas chirt) at roughly 15 yrds. A little more than 10 inches of penetration through thick hide, bones and that cartilage shield on a wild pig is way lethal. Dogs are blood trailers, not catch dogs.
