  1. Looking for exercises to keep/get the bow muscles strong and flexible. Have been losing weight to be healthier and looking for home dumbbell workout to tone up. Appreciate any suggestions
  2. My wife has had 3 failed shoulder surgeries. She is getting by with physical therapy once a week to keep her shoulder mobile. She expressed interest in shooting a recurve. Looking for training for her shoulder issue that may help with range of motion if that is even possible? Also, recurve recommendation for her. She is 5’ 1”. Thank you
