Most know that we have been getting our home ready to put on the market. I haven’t been on the forum as much lately. Been shooting sporadically as time allows. Our goal was to be on the market by the 1st of May. We missed it by a couple days, but mostly out of our control due to the countertop guys stringing us along. Anywho, we put an offer on a home in Tennessee on Monday, the professional real estate photographer took photos of our place Monday as well. Tuesday our offer was accepted. Wednesday our house went live. Realtor listed it as a coming soon to stir up a buzz. Sunday is open house. We will be in Virginia for 2 weeks visiting the folks. Hoping an offer comes in while we are down there. I have a ton of projects I want to do once down there, the top project being a fiberglass laminated bow for my granddaughter. I also want to start making bows and my own arrows. Hope everyone is doing well.

So we have been super busy the last couple months getting the house ready to sell. Today started cool when I left for work at 3am. When I got home at 1230pm, it had warmed up a bit. Out in the sun it was really nice. Our daughter and granddaughter live with us. Little Bear is almost 21 months old and is my little side kick. She told me the other night in toddler speak that she wanted to shoot a big buck with her bow. LOL. The bow I was making for her broke while I was tillering and today I finally got a chance to shoot. Wouldn’t you know it, she wanted to as well. So this afternoon she shot her first arrows with a little help. She was super excited. Got to say I was as well.

Been pretty much balls to the wall the last month. Working 9 hour days at Ruger then coming home and putting in 2-3 hours getting the house ready to put on the market. Had a nice afternoon and took advantage of getting some shots in. It was the happy break I needed. No photos were taken, just enjoying the stick and string. Now back to the grind. LOL
