The Hack I use EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
This morning I got to thinking about which hacks I use the most. I listed out the ones I use on a daily basis and found that the one I use every single day isn't a marketing tool. It's not AI. It's not even work-related. It's Clean Eatz. I always said if I won the lottery, the first thing I'd do is hire a chef to cook healthy meals for me. Adulting is HARD, and coming up with healthy meals every day that aren't just stir fry or broccoli and chicken is even harder. You have to find the recipe, make the grocery list, go shopping, and then portion it out so you don't overeat. And then my husband, Kurt, eats the whole thing in one sitting and all that work was for ONE night. The process was such a waste of time and calories. That's where Clean Eatz came in. Clean Eatz is a franchise that makes healthy meals with clean ingredients. Their "Meal Plan" menu rotates weekly. Here's how it works: ๐น Order by Sunday night (via app or online) ๐น Pick up Monday or Tuesday (I do low-carb, so Tuesdays for me) ๐น Keep a couple in the fridge, freeze the rest ๐น Cook in 8 minutes (if NOT frozen). Pricing is super reasonable too: ๐ฐ $8.99/meal (up to 9 meals) ๐ฐ $8.29/meal (10-14 meals) ๐ฐ $7.99/meal (15-20 meals) ๐ฐ $7.39/meal (21+ meals) ๐ฐ +$1.75 if you want extra protein And it's not just meal prep pickup, they have a cafรฉ where you can dine in or grab something fresh if you're in a pinch. Cleanup? One pan, one plate, one fork per person. And honestly, that's Kurt's job anyway. ๐ Oh, and my mom lives near the location so she basically became my personal delivery driver every Tuesday when the weather is nice. Thanks, Mom! So, bottom line I spend: 3-5 minutes placing my order and paying before Sunday night, then 8-9 minutes a night for cooking/platting dinner. That's a TOTAL of ONE HOUR A WEEK to prep/cook dinner. And the food is DELICIOUS. Check them out here if interested: https://cleaneatz.com/healthy-meal-plans (I'm not part of an affiliate program. I'm mentioning this because I am no longer disgruntled about the whole lunch and dinner process and waste of time, and wanted to share what's worked for me the last 1.5 years.)
