Review from India not .com?
I received a review from amazon.in which was one of my $2.99 promotions. How do we stop this as I state that my region is USA and I do not want to waste my few promotions on non-.com reviews?
Also as $2.99 promotions are pretty hard to receive at the moment can you prevent them being taken from a marketplace that is no help to the author.
