Hey BPC fam 🌹
I most recently learned about my father’s passing last week.
Grief is a tricky thing that doesn’t have a roadmap and I am grateful to be able to slow down and give myself grace.
Thank you for the messages, texts and check ins. I really appreciate it. When they say “life is short” that’s not a cliche. It’s real.
This has reminded me to be fully present, enjoy the small things and continue to LIVE and HEAL out-loud.
This new season is an opportunity to lean in.
