Thought I would share this with you all. In my Vegan FB Group, I issued a fitness challenge for anyone that wanted to do it. It is simple (kind of LOL). Everyday, 7 days a week, do 25 pushups and 50 squats. You have to make sure that you stretch everyday and don't talk yourself out of doing the exercises. Yes you will get sore, but it does get better. You can do any style pushup or squat. Just push yourself.

Hello All, I am almost finished with the final edits of my book, but have a question before sending it off to the be formatted: Do I need to include the page numbers, page breaks between sections, headers, and ensure the spacing between titles and paragraphs is correct before sending it to the formatter or will they do all of that?
