Fitness Challenge
Thought I would share this with you all. In my Vegan FB Group, I issued a fitness challenge for anyone that wanted to do it. It is simple (kind of LOL). Everyday, 7 days a week, do 25 pushups and 50 squats. You have to make sure that you stretch everyday and don't talk yourself out of doing the exercises. Yes you will get sore, but it does get better. You can do any style pushup or squat. Just push yourself.
