Final Edit Before Sending Book to be Formatted

Hello All,

I am almost finished with the final edits of my book, but have a question before sending it off to the be formatted:

Do I need to include the page numbers, page breaks between sections, headers, and ensure the spacing between titles and paragraphs is correct before sending it to the formatter or will they do all of that?
