I’m inviting you to join me for
In Part 1, we began exploring the diaphragm, ribs, belly, and breath.
In Part 2, we go deeper into how the breath connects through the body’s pressure system: the throat, diaphragm, belly, pelvis, and pelvic floor.
This class is for you if you notice:
shallow breathing
throat tightness
jaw tension
belly gripping
pelvic floor tension
difficulty making sounds or speaking from the body
holding your breath under pressure
feeling disconnected from your lower body
or feeling like your breath gets “stuck” between the throat and belly
We will explore gentle practices for:
throat softening
diaphragmatic breathing
pelvic floor awareness without gripping
sound and breath connection
how the throat and pelvic floor communicate
how breath supports voice, posture, nervous system regulation, and whole-body connection
This is not about forcing a deep breath. It is about helping the body understand how to breathe, support, sound, and release with more coordination. The throat, diaphragm, and pelvic floor are not separate. They are part of one living system.
When the throat grips, the breath may become restricted. When the diaphragm is not moving freely, the pelvic floor may hold. When the pelvic floor grips, the voice, belly, and breath may also change.
In this class, we will move slowly and listen deeply.
JOIN ME Date/Time: JUNE 7TH, 11.00 AM EST NEW YORK Your breath is not just air. It is connection, support, voice, and safety moving through the body.
