In Part 1, we begin with the foundation.
We explore.
Because shallow breathing does not only affect the breath.
It can affect your focus. Your energy.Your posture.Your ability to regulate.Your ability to cope with pressure.Your sense of support inside your own body.
This is not about forcing a deep breath.
This is about helping the body feel safe enough to breathe more fully.
We will explore:
360 breathing
rib mobility
belly softening
side-body and back-body breath
diaphragm awareness
shoulder and neck over-effort
nervous system regulation
how to breathe without pushing or performing
The body does not open because we demand it.
It opens when it feels supported.
