But endurance without regulation can become burnout.
True capacity is different.
‼️ It is the body’s ability to stay present with pressure, emotion, visibility, intimacy, responsibility, creativity, conflict, and growth without collapsing, freezing, overreacting, disappearing, or shutting down.
👉 When capacity is low, small things feel huge.
This is not built by forcing the body.
It is built through small, repeated experiences of safety.
