The way you breathe, brace, hold tension, collapse, push through, or disconnect is not happening without reason.
Your body is always communicating.
Sometimes through tight shoulders.Sometimes through a clenched jaw.Sometimes through shallow breath.Sometimes through exhaustion, numbness, or the feeling that you have drifted away from yourself.
These patterns are not signs of failure.
They are signs of intelligence.
Your body may be showing you where it learned to protect, adapt, survive, and keep going.

What has my body been trying to protect?
What has it been carrying for me?
What does it need now?
