We’ve just come through such an intense eclipse portal — and I want to pause to say: congratulations. We made it through! These thresholds aren’t easy, and every step taken is part of the alchemy required to deepen into greater coherence. The momentary turbulence is not random, but a surfacing and a clearing of patterns for purification, for the sake of bringing forth deeper gold, which is our essence and our birthright, a lucid kind of peace that comes not from complacency but from the ground of being awake within life. As we turn deeper into autumn, I invite you to picture your own basket of harvest — filled with the fruits of this year’s growth. Before rushing ahead, let yourself feel some healthy pride in how far you’ve come over the course of recent months. For many of us, especially as empaths and sensitives, that pride can be hard to claim… but it is sacred fuel for the months ahead.
