Telling the Heroine's Journey
I got to speak with Rena Bauman (a colleague trained in the same therapeautic neuroscience-based post trauma growth training as myself, and who is faculty with them) about the Heroine's Journey last week, and it was a deep and rich field of sharing. Her questions and presence invited deeper answers in the call and response.
This is what happens when speaking with another human who gets it in their own way--there's an opportunity for fuller energy to be felt around a subject. This is the powerful field of nervous system coherence and deepening aliveness, deepening acceptance, deeper karmic unwinding and a more transparent essence.
