A pranic/mystical description of Metamorphosis
I sat down and made this little video last week in an attempt to interpret the somatic alchemy work of metamorphosis through a more mystical/pranic lens, for those who prefer that to the neuroscience explanation.
Last week I uncovered the root of a karmic knot in my gut, which took a massive amount of quieting the "static," and have already begun to see its ripple effect in the 3D world from having attended on the subtle level to the transmutation process needed.
I describe it a little in this video which is now in the Village classroom libary.
