Hey everyone, so I’ve taken a short break from fitness over the holidays and I’m wanting to get back into it. I tried a weeklong routine in calisthenics before, but I didn’t like it. I’m thinking about switching to doing an everyday routine, so something like
(1 set of each)
Max Pull ups, max Push ups, 30 Squats, max bench dips, and max hanging knee raises
Doing this 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, evening)
and also incorporating some cardio, pike pushups, and actual dips when I have access to bars
