Alex’s Calisthenics Journey
From Gym Rat to Calisthenics Master At 23, Alex had already been training in the gym for two years, building strength and muscle, but something was missing. He wanted more than just lifting weighis-he craved control, skill, and the ability to move his body like an athlete. That's when he found my online coaching program. For one year, we worked together virtually, crafting a calisthenics plan tailored to his goals. I guided him step-by-step, from nailing his first muscle-up to holding a perfect handstand. Through video feedback and weekly check-ins, we refined his technique, built his core strength, and unlocked the mobility he needed to progress. By the end of the year, Alex had transformed. He wasn't just stronger-he was performing moves he once thought impossible, like clean muscle-ups, front levers, and freestanding handstands. Today, Alex stands out as a true calisthenics athlete, proving that with the right guidance, even online, mastery is possible.
