Introduction
My name is Coleman Stephens. I am 20 years old and I live in Memphis, Tennessee. Fitness, athleticism, and nutrition are huge priorities in my life. As a former college athlete, I know my way around the weight room and have been training consistently since my freshman year of high school. My main fitness goal is to return to an acceptable physical shape for someone my age. Specifically, I want to be able to move around and do fun, high-stress activities like playing pickup sports and performing sprints without injury, pain, or undue cardiovascular stress. In the weight room, I balance hypertrophy training for aesthetics with powerlifting for power and strength, and I want to improve in each respect. As an experienced and avid fitness enthusiast, Body By Us presents an excellent opportunity for me to progress within a community of like-minded individuals and guide beginners for whom fitness seems daunting. My least favorite way to work out is anything involving the treadmill. My favorite healthy post-workout snack is the cinnamon-roll-flavored Premier Protein shake. I look forward to growing alongside every member of this community. Let's get to work! 💪🏽

Hello, I’m Ty Frakes, I’m from Rogers Arkansas. I am a good buddy of Conrad’s and have grown up playing multiple sports and I currently play juco baseball. Some goals as far as nutrition, I am currently around 205-210 but would love to bulk to around 220. Doing this I believe will help me stay healthier long term during the spring season. I’m excited for this group because it will give me different perspectives on how people workout or how they’re preventing/healing injuries. My least favorite workout is anything CrossFit or cardio heavy related, for me there’s just no point for it because I benefit the most from slower explosive based workouts. My favorite snack throughout the day is straight peanut butter.
