Hello, I’m Ty Frakes, I’m from Rogers Arkansas. I am a good buddy of Conrad’s and have grown up playing multiple sports and I currently play juco baseball.
Some goals as far as nutrition, I am currently around 205-210 but would love to bulk to around 220. Doing this I believe will help me stay healthier long term during the spring season.
I’m excited for this group because it will give me different perspectives on how people workout or how they’re preventing/healing injuries.
My least favorite workout is anything CrossFit or cardio heavy related, for me there’s just no point for it because I benefit the most from slower explosive based workouts.
My favorite snack throughout the day is straight peanut butter.
