It’s finally here… and just in time for Foot Health Awareness Month 🦶✨ I'm so excited and grateful! A couple of months ago, I was contacted to be part of a wellness magazine article alongside others… and then they decided to feature just me 🤍 Still feels a little surreal. But this is exactly what I’ve been trying to share for years… That your feet are not separate from your body. They are your foundation. They are constantly communicating with your brain, your balance, and your overall health. ✨ Mind–Body–Sole ✨ This is bigger than pedicures. This is awareness. This is prevention. This is wellness.
