Can’t Believe It! It’s Foot Health Awareness Month!
It’s finally here… and just in time for Foot Health Awareness Month 🦶✨ I'm so excited and grateful! A couple of months ago, I was contacted to be part of a wellness magazine article alongside others… and then they decided to feature just me 🤍 Still feels a little surreal. But this is exactly what I’ve been trying to share for years… That your feet are not separate from your body. They are your foundation. They are constantly communicating with your brain, your balance, and your overall health. ✨ Mind–Body–Sole ✨ This is bigger than pedicures. This is awareness. This is prevention. This is wellness. I truly feel like something is shifting… and I’m so grateful to be part of that conversation. If you’ve ever felt like your body is trying to get your attention… start with your feet. 👇 I’ll drop the article link in the comments and PLEASE let me know your thoughts 😁 Also a HUGE Thank you to #WellnessMagazine

Self Reflection 💖
Sometimes we don’t show up the way we planned. Sometimes life gets full, priorities shift, and things take longer than we expected. And sometimes… we’re harder on ourselves than we need to be. But what if today wasn’t about catching up…What if it was just about coming back? Back to yourself. Back to what matters. Back to the present moment. There’s no behind. There’s just where you are right now. 👉 What’s something you’re giving yourself a little more grace around lately? Drop it below 💛
🍀 Lucky Tuesday check in!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! We often talk about luck but when it comes to our health, it’s usually the small things we do consistently that make the biggest difference. The little choices. The daily awareness. The moments we actually listen to our bodies. That’s where real change happens. 👉 So today’s check-in: What’s one small thing you’re doing for your health today? Maybe it’s: • drinking more water 💧 • getting some movement in 🚶‍♀️ • taking a few deep breaths 🌿 • resting when you need it 😴 • paying attention to what your body is telling you 👣 Drop it below 👇💛
Slow Sunday!!!!

I'm Back!!!!
I realized it’s been about 19 days since I last posted here, so I wanted to pop back in and reconnect. My son was visiting from China, the first time I’ve seen him in almost 3 years!!! He was here through my birthday 🎂 until this past week. Seeing my two kids together (I still call them kids even though he’s 31 and my daughter is 29!) and watching my 6-year-old grandson finally spend time with the uncle he’s only known from across the world 🌏 was absolutely priceless. We packed a lot into those days, bowling, axe throwing, visiting family, movie nights, Lego time (yes… he still loves Legos 😄), and making sure all his childhood cravings were taken care of. Some of his requests made us laugh… like Dunkin’ donuts, even though we have amazing bakeries in town, and home-cooked breakfasts like when he was younger. Funny how the things that bring comfort are often the simplest. One of the funniest food requests was Chinese food which made us laugh because American Chinese is very different from what he eats abroad! He also brought us beautiful gifts from Armenia, Amsterdam, and China. But honestly, the best gift was seeing him and his sister reconnect after time apart reminiscing, shopping, laughing, and just being together again. Needless to say… I soaked up every moment. 💖And this time saying goodbye was much harder than usual. It reminded me of something important: Sometimes life asks us to pause, and that’s okay. Taking time for what truly matters isn’t something we need to apologize for. In fact, sometimes the best self-care is simply being present with the people we love. 👉 So I’d love to know: What’s one of your favorite things to do with your family? Maybe it’s: • cooking together • movie nights • traveling • game nights • Sunday dinners • just sitting and talking Drop it below 💛
